The service can include shipment review, carton labeling, palletizing, origin handling, international freight, import coordination, and delivery to the destination named in the seller's FBA shipping plan. Labeling and palletizing are performed according to the instructions and materials supplied or approved by the seller. As a freight forwarder, we do not purchase products or inspect product quality unless a separate service agreement is made.
FBA inventory can be delayed when carton marks, unit labels, pallet configuration, or shipment information do not match the seller's delivery plan. Preparation at origin gives the seller an opportunity to align the physical cargo with the planned shipment before it enters international transport. It also creates a clear checkpoint for carton count, pallet quantity, packaging condition, and label placement.
The preparation workflow should begin with accurate seller instructions. The forwarding team needs the shipment plan, product and carton information, label files or approved labeling instructions, pallet requirements, and the final delivery destination. The seller remains responsible for the accuracy of product information and the suitability of the labels for the inventory.
The DDP scope must be confirmed in writing. It should state which freight, clearance, duties, taxes, handling, and final-mile items are included or excluded. Import formalities remain subject to the applicable arrangement and the responsibilities of the importer or its designated customs agent.
